Michaela Garguláková is an attorney-at-law cooperating with Stuchlíková & Partners. Michaela specializes in labor law, personal data protection, civil law, and real-estate law.

Michaela studied at the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Economy and Administration of Masaryk University in Brno.

In her labor law practice, Michaela focuses on drafting contractual documentation, internal directives, negotiation and communication with employers, key employees and trade unions. Michaela has extensive experience advising on the full range of day-to-day matters, such as dismissals, including settlement negotiations and avoiding disputes with employees, representing clients before courts, discrimination, and rules on remuneration.
