Jan works at the law firm Stuchlíková & Partners as a Junior Associate.

Jan specializes primarily in financial law, intellectual property law, ICT law, crypto-asset regulation, and licensing with the Czech National Bank.

Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During his practice to date, he has gained valuable experience at the barta.legal law firm, where he worked for two years. Before that, he successfully completed an internship at the Financial Market Guarantee System, and he also developed his analytical skills and business acumen during a more than two-year internship in the finance department at Ernst & Young.

In addition to Czech, he also speaks English.
