Bára Vančurová (Piskačová) is an attorney-at-law cooperating with Stuchlíková & Partners. Bára specializes in ICT Law, Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Employment Law.

In her practice, Bára has worked on implementing personal data protection for a variety of clients (ranging from web applications and SaaS solutions to medical clinics). In the area of contract and transactional matters, she provides advice in the fields of information technology, licensing, copyright, and trademarks. Bára also represents clients in employment law matters.

Bára is a member of the Czech Bar Association and the ALAI organization, which researches copyright issues.

Bára graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and completed a semester at the University of East Anglia in the UK, focusing on Intellectual Property and Medical Law. She also completed an internship at the District Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prague 6 and she holds the Cybersecurity Specialist certification.

Bára also engages in lecturing activities and teaches law for creative industries at the Prague School of Creative Communication. She collaborates pro bono with the non-profit organization Fair Art, which deals with Law in Arts and Copyright Law.

Before joining Stuchlíková & Partners, she gained professional experience in law firms Bříza & Trubač, BBH and BADOKH.
