Venture Capital Entity, formerly Alternative Fund or Mini Fund under § 15 ZISIF
Who Needs the Registration? Any legal entity that wishes to perform asset management activities comparable to portfolio management, i.e., activities involving the collection of funds from a limited group of investors for the purpose of joint investment based on a designated investment strategy.
