MiCA - The Transitional Period is Ending.

On 1 July 2026, the transitional period for existing crypto-asset service providers will end. From that date, only entities holding the relevant authorisation from the Czech National Bank under MiCA will be permitted to continue providing such services. Merely submitting an application is not sufficient.

Expanze OPTAK - Interest-Free Loan of up to CZK 120 Million for Family Businesses

The National Development Bank has launched the Expanze OPTAK program, under which it is possible to obtain an interest-free loan ranging from CZK 500,000 up to CZK 120 million, covering up to 50% of project expenses. The repayment period can be up to 15 years, with a repayment deferral of up to 4 years.
