And if you are currently abroad, you can also avoid visiting a Czech embassy or consulate, or a foreign notary, followed by dealing with an apostille or superlegalisation.

You can complete the entire process from the comfort of your home, from your office, or even from a sun lounger by the sea. All you need is an internet connection, a device with a camera for a video call, and a valid identity document, such as an identity card.

Official certification of a signature carried out by an attorney has exactly the same legal effect as certification by a notary or at a CzechPOINT office – so you can use it wherever an officially certified signature is required.
