Ready-made companies with a history – a limited liability company (s.r.o.) for CZK 6,900, or a joint-stock company or European company (SE) for CZK 45,900

It takes two weeks to set up a new company, and the Commercial Register will show an incorporation date from last month. We offer something different: companies incorporated as far back as 2014 that have never traded, have fully paid-up share capital and a clean history.

What exactly are you buying?

A ready-made company is a business we have set up solely for sale. It is entered in the Commercial Register, has a company registration number (IČO) and a trade licence, has never issued an invoice, and has no employees, liabilities or disputes. Transferring it to you simply means changing the shareholder and managing director—nothing more. You can start issuing invoices within a few days.

What sets our companies apart from most others on the market is their history and the length of time since incorporation. In practice, that comes in handy more often than you might think.

When does a longer history help?

  • Public procurement and tenders

Contracting authorities and private-sector clients check suppliers in the Commercial Register. A company incorporated just a month ago raises questions. An older company also passes formal screening in supplier systems where a minimum period of existence is one of the entry requirements.

  • Grants and public funding

Many grant programmes require evidence of a certain number of completed financial years or do not accept applicants whose companies are less than a specified number of years old. A company with a history dating back to 2014 meets this requirement from day one.

  • Banks, loans and leasing

Banks factor a company’s age into their credit scoring. Some products—overdrafts, corporate payment cards, leasing and factoring—are simply unavailable to companies less than one or two years old. An older company registration number puts you in a different category.

  • Payment gateways and online marketplaces

Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, Google Ads and other platforms take a company’s age into account when verifying accounts. New companies often have to wait for account limits to be set and additional checks to be completed, while older companies get through the process more quickly.

  • Agency employment and staffing services

Businesses that hire staffing agencies carry out supplier audits. Years on the register and paid-up share capital of CZK 200,000 are the first things they see.

  • Residence and business for foreign nationals

When applying for a residence permit for business purposes, an existing company with a history provides more convincing supporting evidence than a newly incorporated entity.
