CASP - Representation in Proceedings before the Czech National Bank

For crypto-asset service providers, a significant change occurred at the turn of the month.

Those who have a trade licence for crypto services registered before 30 December 2024 and wish to take advantage of the transitional period introduced by the MiCA Regulation (i.e. until 1 July 2026) had to submit an application for a CASP licence to the Czech National Bank no later than 31 July 2025.
