Successful representation of an applicant in obtaining a license for a small-scale electronic money issuer

Stuchlíková & Partners successfully represented another applicant in obtaining a license for a small-scale electronic money issuer from the Czech National Bank.

Our law firm’s services included preparing the complete application documentation, including the business plan, a description of how the individual activities would be performed (issuing and storing electronic money, executing payment transactions with it, and redeeming it), and the selected method of safeguarding funds, as well as representation in proceedings before the Czech National Bank.
