Foundations and endowment funds

Stuchlíková & Partners prepared an analysis in English of a client’s nonprofit project involving foundations and endowment funds.

Among other things, the analysis addressed the differences between a foundation and an endowment fund under Czech law and the suitability of these forms for the client’s project. It also considered the Payment Services Act and the possible need to obtain the relevant authorizations from the Czech National Bank.
