Lubomír Moučka cooperates with Stuchlíková & Partners as a tax advisor. Lubomír started his tax career in 1996. As a part of his professional practice, Lubomír has contributed to a number of transactions and consulting projects, especially relating to business combinations and acquisitions, holding structures, tax due diligence, VAT arrangements and transfer pricing risk management.

Lubomír specializes in the following areas:

• Tax advice on VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax,
• International aspects of taxation, optimization of the tax effects of transactions, harmonization of VAT in EU,
• Transfer pricing: setting up business models, documentation of prices used, preparation of applications for a binding assessment of the pricing method,
• Tax administration: dealing with tax administrators during tax inspections, preparation of appeals and further steps.

Lubomír is a member of the international tax section of the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisors.

Lubomír graduated from the MBA programme at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. He also studied automated control systems at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Lubomír gained professional experience during seventeen years in the tax department of KPMG, where he provided services mainly to financial institutions, companies with foreign equity participation, and private Czech groups.

In addition to his native Czech, Lubomír speaks fluent English.
